Booking Terms

The client understands and agrees that by engaging Justin Price, the following terms will constitute a Contract for Services. Any amendments must be written in email to “justin@justinmagic.co.uk” so that a new contract can be agreed and confirmed in writing before the event date. Without this, the agreement will stand as below:

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The booking is not accepted until the deposit has been received and this has been confirmed in writing to the client. Failure to pay the deposit promptly may result in another booking being taken in its place

The outstanding balance for each service is due one calendar month before the date of the event. If the balance is not received in a manner considered by Justin to be timely then the performance may not be required, and the deposit shall be retained by Justin Price without any liability to return under the Agreement for Services

The client will be responsible for providing a correct name, email address, postal address date of event, venue of event and mobile contact number. The client is responsible for monitoring their email account (including their spam folder) and phone for communication regarding their booking. Justin Price will not be held liable for any outcomes that result from the customer not reading or responding to communication

If a booking is cancelled by the client more than 14 days before the event then the client will receive a refund of all monies paid apart from the deposit. If a client cancels within 14 days of the event then no refund will be due back and the whole balance will be retained by Justin Price

In the very unlikely event Justin Price is unwell or otherwise unable to attend a booking, then arrangements will be made for a suitable alternative magician to perform. If an alternative cannot be found then a full refund (including the deposit) will be given with no additional compensation
